Delivery Method	Seven-Eleven stores in Japan 　 Please be sure to pick up your tickets at the store in advance after the ticketing start date below. 　 When picking up the tickets, you will be required to show your ticket order confirmation email to store staff. 　 The staff will check your Ticket Number that is shown on the ticket order confirmation email and print your tickets. 　 There will be no facility to pick up your ticket at the venue.
Ticketing start date	from Oct. 11 (Sat) 2025 , 10:00AM(JST) 　 However, you can pick up tickets 24 hours after purchase. 　 For purchases made after 3 days prior to the performance date, immediate pick-up is available.

[Notes on Seats]

●Restricted View Tickets
*Restricted view seats include tickets where the view of the stage and/or performance may be obstructed by equipment or other factors.
*No changes in seating will be made on the day of the event.

●Stage Side Seats
*Stage side seats are located to the side and rear of the stage, making it difficult to see stage productions clearly from these seats.
*No changes in seating will be made on the day of the event.

[Handling of Personal Information]

All personal information of customers who apply for tickets to “Oasis” belongs to PIA Corporation.

PIA Corporation will provide the personal information (name, address, and e-mail address) of customers who apply for tickets to “Oasis” to Ignition Management for the purpose of sending information about future performances and activities from Ignition Management. We will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information.
We will not disclose or provide your personal information to any third party without your permission, except for the above purposes under special circumstances.
In the event that a customer requests that we refer to, correct, delete, or delete his/her personal information, we will respond to such request as soon as reasonably possible.
